Hello, I’m Damilola Oyekanmi, a PMP-certified project manager and process improvement professional who helps people and organizations bring clarity, structure, and execution to their goals.
My journey began in the development and nonprofit sectors, where I saw firsthand how clarity, strong systems, and people-centered processes can turn good intentions into lasting impact. Over the years, I have led and supported diverse initiatives ranging from global partnerships and digital transformations to operational and capacity-building projects. Across every role and project, one principle has remained constant: success is intentional.
That belief led me to build ImpactWorks Consulting Ltd, where we empower organizations and leaders to achieve operational excellence. I work with leaders and organizations on PMO tools, streamline operations, and position themselves for sustainable growth and global relevance. My work sits at the intersection of project management, process improvement, and executive positioning, helping clients move from vision to visible, measurable results.
